C4 Fabrication 4Runner Overland Series Front Bumper / 5th Gen / 2014-2024

The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper for the 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner (2014–2024) is a purpose-built upgrade that adds rugged protection, increased clearance, and winch-ready versatility. Designed for off-road enthusiasts who want to fit larger tires and tackle tougher terrain without sacrificing reliability.

Construction & Features

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel construction with 1/4" thick mounting plates for solid mounting and long-lasting durability.
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, welded on the front and back for maximum towing and recovery strength.
• Bull bar tubing is.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW for robust front-end protection.
• Weight configurations vary by setup: 135 lbs (no bull bar), 140 lbs (mid-height bull bar), 150 lbs (full-height bull bar), 155 lbs (full-height bull bar with headlight hoops).
• Designed to increase approach angles and provide room for larger tires.

Winch & Lighting Compatibility

• Fits most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb range; recommended for winches with relocated electrical control boxes.
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit.
• Common winches that fit: ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series.
• Best practice: use synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fit and function; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate.
• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically compatible with Baja Designs S8). Also compatible with Extreme LED 30" 5D and RIGID 30" SR series bars.

Notes on Fitment & Installation

• Requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover to install.
• Power steering cooler lines must be removed and replaced with the included power steering cooler kit; installation is straightforward and does not require draining the power steering system.
• Replacing the lines provides additional clearance for the winch and avoids exposing low-hanging lines to debris and obstacles at the bumper attachment point.
• Unless you opt for our powder-coated finish, the bumper will require painting or powder coating to prevent rust.

TSS, Cameras & Clearance Considerations

• If your build includes TSS, select YES for the TSS relocation bracket (not compatible with mid-height bull bar).
• Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper.
