This rugged, winch-ready bumper is engineered for overland adventures, delivering increased tire clearance, improved approach angles, and a solid platform for larger tires. Construction & Design

• 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel body with 1/4" thick mounting plates
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
• .120" wall, 1-3/4" diameter HREW bull bar tubing
• Requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover for installation

Winch, Electrical, and Fitment

• Fits most winches in the 8,000–12,000 lb range; relocation of the electrical control box is recommended
• Integrated control box winches may require trimming of grille support brackets to fit
• If you have TSS, a TSS relocation bracket is required (not compatible with mid-height bull bar)
• Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
• Recommend synthetic rope with a hawse-style fairlead for best fit and function; some roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed fairlead plate
• Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper

Lighting, Bar, and Accessory Compatibility

• Designed to accommodate a 30" single-row light bar (specifically Baja Designs S8)
• Will also fit Extreme LED 30" 5D and Rigid 30" SR series bars

Lighting Bar and Clearance Notes

• Offers more clearance for better approach angles and easier fitment of larger tires
• Some light bar configurations may require extra trimming or fitment checks with the bumper’s recessed mounting plate

Installation & Maintenance

• Power steering cooler lines must be replaced with the included cooler kit during install; installation is straightforward and does not require draining the power steering system
• Replacing the lines creates more room for the winch and removes the low-hanging U-shaped portion near the bumper bolts, reducing exposure to debris

Finish and Durability

• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating to prevent rust
