Introduction

The C4 Fabrication 4Runner Hybrid Front Bumper is a rugged, purpose-built upgrade for 5th Gen Toyota 4Runners (2014–2024). Combining a plate steel center with tubular side sections, it delivers improved approach angles, more room for larger tires, and versatile mounting for winches and lighting—perfect for serious off-road adventures.

Design & Build

• Center section crafted from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" mounting plates for rugged support.
• Tubular sides fabricated from.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for maximum strength and protection.
• 3/4" thick welded D-ring tabs standard on front and back, ready for recovery gear.
• Weight: 120 lbs (no bull bar), 125 lbs (mid-height bull bar), 135 lbs (full-height bull bar).
• Designed to accommodate larger tires by creating additional space and improved approach angles.

Compatibility & Fitment

• Fits 5th Gen Toyota 4Runners (2014–2024).
• Winch compatibility: supports most 8k–12k winches (ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, VR series confirmed).
• Winch control box relocation is recommended for optimal layout.
• Not compatible with MTM front camera unless relocating the camera above the bumper.
• For 2020+ models with TSS: select the TSS Relocation Bracket to retain functionality. TSS is not compatible with the mid-height bull bar version.

Installation & Maintenance

• Installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover.
• Power steering cooler lines must be replaced using the included power steering cooler kit.
• Unless you choose a powder-coated option, the bumper should be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.

Lighting & Accessory Opportunities
