Designed for the 5th-generation Toyota 4Runner (2014–2024), the C4 Fabrication Hybrid Front Bumper combines a laser-cut plate-steel center with tubular side sections to improve approach angles and create space for larger tires. It delivers serious off-road capability with winch mounting, versatile lighting options, and a robust, welded build, purpose-built for desert runs, trail rides, and overland adventures. Installation requires trimming the original plastic bumper cover and integrating the vehicle’s cooling and accessory systems as specified.

• Center: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for stiff, reliable mounting
• Tube sides:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for impact resistance and a clean, angular look
• Reinforced D-ring anchors: 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
• Weight: 120 lbs without bull bar; 125 lbs with mid-height bull bar; 135 lbs with full-height bull bar

• Winch compatibility: fits most 8k–12k capacity units; relocation box is recommended for optimal control wiring

Installation, Fitment, and Vehicle Integration

• Cutting requirement: installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover
• Power steering cooling: power steering cooler lines must be replaced with the included coolant kit
• TSS compatibility: 2020+ models featuring TSS must select the TSS Relocation Bracket to retain functionality
• TSS limitation: TSS is NOT compatible with the mid-height bull bar version of this bumper
• Camera note: not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper

Finish, Coating, and Maintenance
