The C4 Fabrication 4Runner Hybrid Front Bumper is a purpose-built upgrade for 5th Gen Toyota 4Runners (2014–2024). Designed for off-road enthusiasts, it combines rugged durability with practical functionality—delivering improved approach angles, increased tire clearance, and versatile mounting options for winches and lighting. Installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover, and power steering cooler lines must be replaced with the included cooler kit.

Key Features & Construction

• Center section: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" mounting plates
• Tube sections:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing
• 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, standard on every bumper and fully welded front and back
• Weight: 120 lbs (no bull bar), 125 lbs (mid-height bull bar), 135 lbs (full-height bull bar)
• Winch compatibility: Fits most 8k–12k units; relocation of the control box recommended; confirmed fitment on ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series
• Lighting options: Designed to fit 30" Baja Designs S8 light bar; compatible with RIGID SR & Extreme LED 5D; capable of accepting Baja Squadrons & Baja XL light pods in the tube sections
• Finish considerations: Unless selecting the powder-coated option, the bumper will need painting or coating to prevent rust

• 2020+ models featuring TSS must use the TSS Relocation Bracket to retain functionality
• TSS is NOT compatible with the mid-height bull bar version of this bumper
• Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper
• Installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover
