• Center portion: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates
• Tubular sides:.120\" wall, 1 3/4\" diameter HREW tubing
• 3/4\" thick D‑Ring tabs, fully welded front and back
• Improved approach angles and increased space for larger tires

Winch and lighting capability

• Fits most winches 8k–12k in size; winches with relocated control box recommended
• Designed to mount a 30” Baja Designs S8 light bar; compatible with RIGID SR & Extreme LED 5D
• Designed to fit Baja Squadron & Baja XL light pods in the tube sections
• Provides space for multiple fog lighting configurations in the tube area

Finish and protection

• Unless you choose the powder-coated option, this bumper will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust

• Weight: 120 lbs without bull bar, 125 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 135 lbs with full-height bull bar
• Designed to accommodate 8k–12k winches; 8–12k winch, fairlead, and shackles are available as add-ons

Compatibility and installation considerations

• Installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover
• Power steering cooler lines must be replaced with the included power steering cooler kit
• 2020+ models featuring TSS must select the TSS Relocation Bracket to retain functionality
• TSS is NOT compatible with the mid-height bull bar version of this bumper
• Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper
