This rugged bumper blends a plate steel center with tube sides to deliver improved approach angles, more space for larger tires, and versatile mounting options for a winch, LED light bar, and fog lighting. Built for off-road enthusiasts who demand a durable, modular front bumper that adapts to different gear setups and terrain.

Construction & Design

• Center portion: 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting plates.
• Tube portions:.120″ wall, 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing.
• 3/4″ thick D-Ring tabs standard on every bumper; fully welded front and back.
• Weight: 120 lbs without bull bar, 125 lbs with mid-height bull bar, 135 lbs with full-height bull bar.
• Designed to fit a range of winches (8k–12k) with relocation of the control box recommended.

Fitment, Compatibility & Installation

• Requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover during installation.
• Power steering cooler lines must be replaced with the included power steering cooler kit.
• 2020+ models with TSS require selecting the TSS Relocation Bracket to retain functionality.
• TSS is NOT compatible with the mid-height bull bar version of this bumper.
• Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper.
• Confirmed fitment with ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon and VR series winches.

• 8-12k winch, fairlead, and winch shackles can be integrated with the bumper’s mounting system.

Finish & Maintenance

• Unless you opt for our powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust.
