Built for off-road enthusiasts, it enables winch installation, bold lighting configurations, and expanded protection without sacrificing capability on daily drives.

Key Features and Construction

• Center section: 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4" thick mounting plates for solid, reliable mounting.
• Tubular sides:.120" wall, 1 3/4" diameter HREW tubing for impact resistance and a distinctive, aggressive look.
• D-Ring mounts: 3/4" thick D-Ring tabs, fully welded to front and back for added recovery options.
• Winch compatibility: Designed to fit most 8k-12k winches; winches that require relocating the control box are recommended to ensure clearance.
• Lighting integration: Built to accommodate a 30" Baja Designs S8 light bar and compatible with Rigid SR & Extreme LED 5D lighting, Baja Squadron and Baja XL pods in the tube sections.
• Finishing options: If you don’t choose the powder-coated option, the bumper will require painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust.
• Weight: 120 lbs without a bull bar, 125 lbs with a mid-height bull bar, 135 lbs with a full-height bull bar.

Compatibility, Fitment, and Special Considerations

• This bumper enables a full front-end upgrade, including space for larger tires and improved approach angles.
• Power steering cooler lines must be replaced with the included power steering cooler kit during installation.
• For 2020+ models featuring TSS, you must select the TSS Relocation Bracket to retain functionality.
• TSS is NOT compatible with the mid-height bull bar version of this bumper.
• Not compatible with MTM front camera without relocating the camera above the bumper.
• Installation requires cutting the original plastic bumper cover.

Winch and Recovery Ready

• Center structure supports a wide range of 8k-12k winches; relocation of the control box is recommended for some models.
• Verified fitment with ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR-series winches.
• We strongly recommend using a synthetic rope winch with a Hawse-style fairlead for best performance and reliability.

Lighting, Add-Ons, and Accessories

• Designed to fit a 30" Baja Designs S8 light bar for a bold lighting setup.
• Compatible with Rigid SR & Extreme LED 5D options, as well as Baja Squadron and Baja XL light pods in the tube sections.
