ICON 2.5 Series Stage 3 Suspension Kit for 2020-2024 GM 2500HD/3500HD Trucks
Engineered specifically for the 2020-up Chevrolet and GMC 2500HD and 3500HD heavy-duty platforms, this ICON Stge 3 system transforms suspension dynamics with full load-carrying capacity, precise adjustability, and reinforced componentry built for demanding towing and off-road applications.
-
Direct OEM Integration for 2500HD/3500HD:Designed for 2020-2024 GM heavy-duty pickups, the kit aligns precisely with factory mounting points, brake line routing, and differential geometry to enable a clean bolt-on swap without frame modification.
-
0-to-2-Inch Lift Adjustability:Versatile turn-dial settings provide up to two inches of customization, allowing drivers to dial out wheel gap, manage suspension sag under payload, and optimize ride height for specific tire packages while maintaining proper center of gravity.
-
2.5-Inch Shock System Performance:At the core of the system are 2.5-inch diameter shock absorbers featuring enlarged pistons and increased fluid volume to deliver superior heat dissipation and consistent damping control, preventing fade during repeated impacts and high-speed desert running.
-
High-Strength Tubular Construction:Factory cast suspension arms are replaced with progressive-rate tubular components that offer significantly higher impact resistance and lower mass, improving articulation and reducing stress on drivetrain bearings.
-
Complete Installation Hardware:This comprehensive Stage 3 package includes all necessary brackets, bolts, heavy-duty bushings, and grease zerks required for assembly, ensuring full serviceability and long-term reliability throughout the vehicle's operating life.
When adjusted to the zero-lift setting, the system restores stock ride height mechanics perfectly, maintaining the truck's factory-approved suspension travel for comfortable daily driving, precise steering response, and rated heavy towing performance.
