The Splicer XTV is the world’s first splice-on thimble designed for synthetic rope shackle mounting on UTV/ATV winches. It combines rope protection with an integrated rubber pad to shield the rope and minimize wear during demanding off-road pulls.

  • Splice-on design with rope protection and rubber pad delivers targeted protection at the rope entry, reducing wear and chafe during heavy use.
  • Machined rope passage provides a durable outer barrier that guards against rope impact, abrasion, and UV exposure, helping extend rope life.
  • Splicing knowledge required Unlike other shackle mounts, Splicer XTV assumes you’ll splice your synthetic line; we recommend locking Brummel Splice or Long Bury Splice for best results.
  • WLL based on rope diameter The working load limit scales with the rope you choose, so size your rope to match your winch needs and follow rope manufacturer specifications.
  • Exceeds minimum bend radius requirements This design maintains the full breaking strength of typical synthetic winch lines when properly installed.
  • UTV/ATV-specific reliability Engineered to secure your winch setup under off-road conditions, ensuring consistent performance when you need it most.
