Factor 55 Offset Hawse Fairlead — 1.5" Thick 6000-Series Aluminum, Hard Anodized for Rope Life

  • Constructed from a 1.5" thick USA 6000-series aluminum bar, delivering a stiff, durable base that stands up to heavy winching and side pulls.
  • Large outer fillet radius guides synthetic rope smoothly, reducing fiber stress and abrasion during high-angular pulls to extend rope life.
  • Offset design engineered for bumpers and mounts that require an offset fairlead attachment (such as ARB Bull Bars), with a taller opening to accommodate larger rope tube thimbles.
  • Machined outer corner chamfer minimizes rope stress when using the winch as a front suspension “suck-down” device for realistic off-road scenarios.
  • Finished in MIL-A-8625F Type III hard anodized gun metal gray with a laser-engraved Factor 55 logo; the ceramic Al2O3 layer provides wear resistance and low friction to keep rope heat down.
  • Compact, purpose-built dimensions: 4" (length) x 14" (width) x 4" (height); weight 3.75 lb; made in the USA for reliable performance in demanding conditions.
