    Factor 55 The Flat Splicer: Splice-On Folding Winch Rope Shackle Mount Thimble

    • 1.75" thick and folds flat against winch fairleads to minimize vehicle frontal protrusion and preserve approach angle.
    • Integrated EPDM rubber pads protect the fairlead surface and reduce rope wear at contact points.
    • Versatile fit for common screw-pin shackles: accommodates the pin and bow sections of 3/4" shackles and the pin ends of 7/8" shackles.
    • Innovative splice-on design with rope exit through the center and 90-degree routing along the inner radius back toward the winch for a clean, protected setup.
    • Stows with the groove side facing the winch, shielding the rope from UV light and abrasion without compromising the vehicle’s approach angle.
    • Requires synthetic rope splicing knowledge (Brummel or Long Bury Splice); Working Load Limit depends on rope diameter; designed to exceed minimum bend radius to maintain full breaking strength; Made in USA; Patent Pending.
