    • Material and thickness: machined from 1" thick USA 6000-series aluminum bar, thicker than the industry-standard 0.75" fairlead, producing a larger outer fillet radius for smoother rope contact and reduced fiber stress during high-angle pulls.
    • Rope longevity: the thicker bar and expanded fillet are designed to minimize rope wear and heat, helping extend the life of your synthetic rope under demanding winch conditions.
    • Opening for rope tube thimbles: taller opening compatible with larger rope tube thimbles for versatile rigging options.
    • Durability under load: machined outer corner chamfer reduces rope stress when the winch is used as a front suspension “suck-down” device.
    • Finish and abrasion resistance: MIL-A-8625F TYPE III hard anodized gun metal gray finish with laser-engraved logo; hard anodizing resists abrasion from gritty rope rubbing and offers low friction to minimize rope heat.
    • Coating specifics: the hard anodized surface delivers a ~0.002" Al2O3 ceramic layer, contributing to long-term durability in harsh off-road environments.
    • Dimensions and weight: footprint of 4.00" (length) × 14.00" (width) × 4.00" (height); weight approximately 2.56 pounds.
