Upgrade your off-road lighting with the Baja Designs XL40 (A/C) LED Headlight Kit — purpose-built for 2008–2012 KTM XC-W, XC, XC-F, XCF-W, and EXC-R models. This kit includes a regulator/rectifier that converts your bike's A/C power to D/C, enabling fast, plug-and-play installation with the stock harness. Inspired by the performance of the XL80, the XL40 delivers 5,224 lumens of trail-proven illumination to a wider range of bikes. Engineered for dirt bikes with lower-output OEM stators, it draws just 43.5W — a powerful upgrade without the large power draw.
