    Flatlink XXL: The World’s First Foldable Winch Shackle Mount with Self-Centering Load Spool

    • Made in the USA from 6000-series billet aluminum with a Mil-Spec Hard Anodized Gunmetal Gray finish for rugged durability and corrosion resistance.
    • Compatible with wire rope diameters up to 3/4" and synthetic rope tube thimbles up to 5/8" in diameter.
    • Shackle pin compatibility: fits shackle pin diameters of 1 1/8"; uses a 7/8" diameter titanium double shear pin for high-strength, secure operation.
    • Minimum breaking strength of 65,000 lbs for robust recovery performance in demanding off-road scenarios.
    • Foldable design with a self-centering load spool that stows neatly against either roller or Hawse-type fairleads to reduce space and snag risk.
    • EPDM Rubber Guards protect alloy fairleads and are securely attached with 4 barbed tips for wear resistance and strap safety.
    • Designed to mitigate strap damage and escape during slack cycles, offering secure strap retention compared to conventional winch hooks and other alternatives.
